This is a customer-facing role that requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders to drive digital transformation journeys.Key Responsibilities: Lead customer engagements as a trusted Salesforce advisor, shaping solution strategy and roadmap. Architect end-to-end Salesforce Agentic solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into Salesforce-enabled outcomes. Conduct solution workshops, demos, and technical deep dives with clients. Guide technical teams through design, implementation, and delivery best practices. Contribute to pre-sales, RFP responses, and proposal development with innovative Salesforce architectures. Stay at the forefront of Salesforce advancements, including AI/Agentic capabilities, industry-specific solutions, and integration frameworks.Required Skills & Qualifications: 1317 years of experience in Salesforce consulting/solution architecture. Strong expertise across Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Industry Clouds). Proven track record of customer-facing consulting roles with large enterprise clients. Expertise in Salesforce AI/Agentic features, automation, and integration with enterprise systems. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
