About Position:

Salesforce agent force is intelligent assistants used to automate workflows, enhance customer interactions and provide real-time responses.

Role: Salesforce Agent force Developer
Location: All Persistent Locations
Experience: 6+ Years
Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

Agent Force experience with multilingual setup
Agent Force experience with Flex Templates / multiple template types
Data Cloud experience with Retrievers and Search Indexes.
Data Cloud experience with Segments and Activations

Expertise You'll Bring:

Agent Force experience that has worked with AF using Answer Questions with Knowledge and understands grounding in this context.
Agent Force experience and has written API call outs as Actions using Apex or Flow.
Apex, Flow, Platform Developer experience
Experience Cloud experience especially in the context of using Agent Force
