Role Overview: As a Salesforce Admin Lead at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce environment. Your role will involve managing a team of Salesforce administrators, ensuring system stability, and driving platform enhancements aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Management - Lead a team of Salesforce administrators and analysts. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM strategy, roadmap, and priorities. - Ensure governance, data integrity, and adherence to best practices across all Salesforce orgs. - System Administration & Configuration - Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access settings. - Maintain and enhance workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation. - Oversee change management, sandbox refreshes, and deployment processes. - Conduct regular system audits and data quality checks. - Integration & Enhancement - Coordinate with technical teams to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.). - Evaluate and implement AppExchange solutions where appropriate. - Lead Salesforce updates and ensure compatibility with business processes. - Support & Training - Provide guidance and support to end-users across departments. - Create documentation, training materials, and conduct workshops for users. - Serve as the primary escalation point for Salesforce-related issues.
