Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with Salesforce Administrator experience to manage and enhance our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background with a solid understanding of Salesforce administration. Youll be responsible for both building custom solutions and maintaining the platform to support multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Development (60%)

• Develop and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Flows.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, Flow Builder and triggers.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.

Administration (40%)

• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses.
• Handle data management tasks such as import/export, deduplication, and validation.
• Monitor system performance, maintain security settings, and ensure platform integrity.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform best practices and governance.
• Ensure the Org is secured through security products like Shield, Security Centre and Privacy Centre.

Project Collaboration and Support

• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other team members to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in project planning, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce tools and features.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with Admin duties.

• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce setup, configuration, and customization.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and user management.

• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications.

Preferred:

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, and or Salesforce DX.
• Familiarity with integration tools.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud or Communication Cloud.
• Platform Developer II or Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.
