Job Description: Sales & Customer Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive who will manage customer interactions, convert leads into sales, and provide excellent end-to-end support. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into successful sales
• Understand customer needs and clearly explain products and services
• Provide end-to-end customer support by resolving queries and concerns
• Conduct regular follow-ups, handle objections, and ensure timely closures
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper CRM hygiene
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, issue resolution, and post-sale support
• Meet daily calling targets, quality standards, and defined KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer support processes
• Ability to handle objections and close conversations confidently
• Comfortable working with CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory)
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
