Job Title: Manager – Corporate Partnerships & Brand Alliances Location: Pune About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and mission-driven Manager - Corporate Partnerships & Brand Alliances to drive our growth at the intersection of health, business, and brand collaboration. This role blends corporate B2B wellness partnerships with strategic brand tie-ups to create high-impact employee wellness programs and expand our visibility in the wellness ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: 1. Corporate Wellness Partnerships Build and close partnerships with companies for workplace wellness programs. Develop custom proposals aligned with client health goals and workforce needs. Leverage your HR, CHRO, and insurance network to generate B2B leads. Manage post-sales relationships, drive adoption, and showcase program impact. 2. Brand Alliances Identify and engage with wellness brands, fitness platforms, nutrition partners, and insurers for strategic tie-ups and co-branded campaigns. Create value-added offerings by bundling products/services into wellness solutions. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute brand partnerships across channels. 3. Strategic Thinking & Market Feedback Track emerging trends in employee health, benefits, and brand behaviour. Provide regular insights to product, content, and leadership teams to refine offerings. Test hypotheses, track what converts, and help shape go-to-market strategy. Experience: 4+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, wellness programs, or B2B sales, preferably in health tech, HR-tech, insurance, or wellness aggregators. Strong network of HR leaders, CHROs, insurers, and/or wellness brands. Demonstrated success in closing B2B deals and/or building brand collaborations. Excellent communication, pitch, and relationship management skills. Passion for health, fitness, employee well-being, and impact-driven work. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment. Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field is required. MBA with a specialization in Marketing is strongly preferred. Additional certifications in wellness coaching, corporate wellness, or health education (e.g., INFS, ACE, ISSA, etc.) are a plus. About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Research Fellow with a strong foundation in public health, mixed-methods research, nutrition science, and non-communicable diseases (NCDs). The candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and dissemination of research projects focused on understanding and addressing the growing burden of NCDs through nutrition and lifestyle interventions. This role requires both qualitative and quantitative research skills, including the ability to manage field studies, analyse complex datasets, and translate evidence into publications, actionable insights for policy and practice. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement mixed-methods studies (quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews/FGDs, etc.) related to nutrition and NCD prevention or management. 2. Contribute to the development of survey tools, sampling strategies, and data collection protocols. 3. Conduct literature reviews, context analysis, and synthesis of global and national data on NCDs and dietary risk factors. 4. Analyze data using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R) and qualitative software (e.g., NVivo, Atlas.ti or DeDoose). 5. Prepare research reports, policy briefs, and academic publications. 6. Engage with community stakeholders, policy makers, and health professionals to ensure relevance and uptake of findings. 7. Support project management including ethics submissions, budgeting, and field coordination. 8. Stay updated on emerging trends in nutrition, chronic disease epidemiology, and public health methods. Required Qualifications & Experience: 1. PhD in Public Health, Global Health, Medical Anthropology with focus on Nutrition and NCDs. 2. Demonstrated expertise in mixed-methods research design and implementation. 3. Strong statistical and qualitative analysis skills. 4. Experience in fieldwork in low-resource or community settings. 5. Publications in peer-reviewed journals required 6. Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
