Job Description

As a Sales Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to drive growth and optimization. Your responsibilities will include working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans. - Data Collection and Analysis: - Gather sales data from various sources. - Analyze historical and current sales data to identify trends and opportunities. - Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for tracking sales performance. - Sales Reporting and Forecasting: - Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts. - Create visualizations to effectively present data insights. - Forecast future sales trends and revenue. - Sales Strategy Development: - Contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies. - Identify areas for process improvement and optimization. - Provide data-driven insights for product development, pricing, and inventory management. - Collaboration and Communication: - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams as well as other stakeholders. - Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely. - Present reports and insights to management and stakeholders. - Monitoring and Evaluation: - Monitor sales performance against targets and objectives. - Assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns. - Identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience working as a Sales Analyst. - Strong data analysis, statistical analysis, and interpretation skills. - Proficiency in software such as Advanced Microsoft Excel and MIS. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to present data and insights effectively. - Understanding of sales processes, market trends, and industry best practices. - Degree in business administration, finance, or marketing. - Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. You should be able to commute to Kochi, Kerala, or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 2 years of experience in sales analysis, advanced Microsoft Excel, and MIS. A certification in Microsoft Excel is also preferred.
