You are a highly motivated Sales Analyst who will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to identify growth opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans. Your key responsibilities will include gathering sales data from various sources, analyzing historical and current data to identify trends and opportunities, and defining key performance indicators to track sales performance. You will also develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts, and create visualizations for effective data presentation. As a Sales Analyst, you will contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies, identify areas for process improvement, and provide data-driven insights for product development, pricing, and inventory management. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, you will communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely, and present reports to management and stakeholders. You will monitor sales performance against targets, assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns, and identify potential risks and opportunities for optimization. With 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, you should possess strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel and MIS, and excellent communication abilities. Ideally, you should have a degree in business administration, finance, or marketing, along with an understanding of sales processes, market trends, and industry best practices. The ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams is crucial for this full-time position with a day shift schedule.
