Sales Transformation Manager- Urban

As the Sales Transformation Manager at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and agility of the sales organization. Your responsibilities will involve designing and implementing transformational programs that are aligned with the company's business goals. You will focus on digitalizing sales operations, enhancing capability development, and optimizing go-to-market (GTM) models in the competitive FMCG sector. Collaboration with Sales Leadership, external GTM & tech partners, cross-functional teams, and line sales will be essential to draw customer insights and execute sales and distribution strategies for business growth. Additionally, you will drive projects based on impact analysis to develop scale-up plans.
