Job Description

Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales
process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance
Schedules orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
provide sales training, mentoring, and support services.
Train and educate sales staff from the point of their initial hire and on a continuous, ongoing basis.
They develop and implement training and professional development programs.
Floor Management call quality checking.
KRA check and make sure everyone is doing their KRA.
Responsible for first Sales . of each candidate .
Queries doubt solution .
