Sales Trainer BB CHAMP

As a Beat Trainer at Bharti Airtel, you will play a crucial role in equipping the sales team with the necessary skills, knowledge, and strategies to effectively sell broadband services. Your responsibilities will include conducting field-based sales training sessions, developing training materials, and providing coaching to ensure the sales team meets or exceeds their performance targets. This role is essential in empowering the sales force to effectively market broadband services and provide top-quality service to customers. Your key responsibilities will involve sales training and development, performance coaching, field support, reporting and analysis, collaboration with other teams, and adopting a customer-centric approach. You will be required to monitor and evaluate individual and team sales performance, provide one-on-one coaching, accompany sales representatives in the field, track sales staff progress, collaborate with marketing and product development teams, and train the sales team on understanding customer needs and maintaining long-term relationships. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, broadband, or related industries, along with at least 2 years of experience in sales training or coaching. You should possess a strong understanding of broadband technology and products, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others. Analytical thinking and experience in tracking sales performance metrics will be beneficial. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additionally, you should be willing to travel frequently within the assigned region and hold a valid driver's license. Completion of the Trainer Bootcamp and Certification, including 15 days of online training and OJT Bootcamp, is required to be deployed as a Certified Trainer.
