Sales Trainee/ Sales Consultant / Senior Sales Consultant

You will be responsible for greeting all customers promptly and providing them with timely professional service. It will be your duty to complete Customer Records (CDIF) promptly and accurately, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Building customer loyalty and promoting the dealership brand image will be crucial aspects of your role. Accuracy and timeliness in completing paperwork and assigned tasks are essential. Delivering vehicles to customers in a positive and memorable manner is also part of your responsibilities. You will need to prospect effectively through various channels such as phone, mail, e-mail, and face-to-face interactions to meet prospect generation targets. Contacting previous customers, especially those reaching the end of their finance tenure, about new product arrivals and upcoming special programs and promotions will be part of your routine. You must ensure that work is completed on time and as required while identifying opportunities to improve operations and customer service. Maintaining an effective customer contact system to encourage new, repeat, and referral business is a key aspect of your role. It is important to stay up-to-date on Mahindra products and competitor offerings. Additionally, tracking the performance of competitors in your assigned territory will be necessary. You will be required to reference existing manuals, publications, and other written documents to obtain necessary information.
