Job Description

The B2B Lead Generator role involves identifying and engaging corporate clients through calls and emails to ensure a minimum of 44 RFQs per month with a conversion rate of 20%. This position plays a crucial role in driving lead generation efforts and supporting sales teams in achieving business growth. You will be responsible for connecting with corporate clients on a daily basis through calls and emails to generate RFQs. It is essential to achieve a minimum of 2 RFQs per day, totaling at least 44 per month, and maintain a conversion rate of 20% from the generated RFQs. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying potential business opportunities, and updating the CRM system with lead information are also part of your primary responsibilities. Collaborating closely with the sales team for seamless lead handover and conversion is crucial. In addition to the primary responsibilities, you are expected to stay updated on market trends and industry insights, assist in sales campaigns by identifying high-potential corporate prospects, and ensure proper documentation and reporting of lead generation performance. To qualify for this role, you should hold a UG Graduate degree in any discipline and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or telesales. Prior experience in call centers handling corporate clients is preferred. Proficiency in CRM management, Excel or Google Sheets, and documentation is required. Essential skills for this position include excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, the ability to work in a target-driven environment, and strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in the insurance or financial services sector, familiarity with UAE corporate market trends, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding lead generation targets are considered advantageous.,
