Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for the Sales Team - Zulu Pop-up Operations. The day-to-day tasks involve managing pop-up stores, coordinating with sales teams, ensuring smooth operational workflow, setting up and dismantling pop-up events, and driving sales targets. The role also demands frequent customer interaction and the ability to resolve any on-site issues quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong sales acumen and the ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in operational management and event coordination
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using CRM and other sales-related software
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in retail or the fashion industry is a plus
