Sales & Team Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales representatives. Roles: Lead, coach, and motivate sales reps to achieve targets. Conduct regular coaching, joint field visits, and team meetings. Foster a positive, competitive team culture. Monitor sales performance and support complex deal closures.
