Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Team Leader to join our school. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, planning sales strategies, and achieving admission and school-related sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team. Promote school admissions and school-related services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and institutions. Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports. Required Experience & Qualification (Mandatory): Experience in school-category sales will be preferred OR Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales (any relevant industry). Prior experience in handling a sales team. Strong communication and leadership skills Skills Required: Excellent communication skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
