Job Description

We are looking for a candidate for Real Estate Firm. Location - Noida Sector -135. Salary - 50k to 80k(Target Based). Experience - Min 5 years. Only MALE Candidate required from Real Estate Background. Key Responsibilities:- . Deliver Monthly sales/revenue target assigned. . Lead a team 0f 7 to 10 sales executives. . Prepare weekly reports of all clients interactions with clear updates of all communications and actions. . Training and development of SE's to ensure that they are able to understand customer requirements,suggest appropriate solutions and close the final deal. . Monitor performance of SE's to ensure that they achieve the sales/revenue target. . Solve customer queries and problems and ensure a healthy working relationship with both clients and writing the organization.
