About the role: The Renewal Operations role within the Sales Support organization supports the Renewals Team by responding to inquiries regarding customer retention, renewal order generation, and other internal processes to assist in meeting overall retention goals. This role also works to drive efficiencies within the organization by serving as a point person for inquiries and issue resolution. What youll do: Manage a queue of incoming Operations Requests in Salesforce.com and complete requests in a timely manner. Assist Renewal Reps with the configuration of complex quotes in Salesforce CPQ including but not limited to co-terming, tiered pricing, and other adjustments. Initiate back-office processes for our EOL/EOS products. Serve as the point person for issues and liaison with other internal departments as needed to bring issues to resolution. Participate in projects to create efficiencies What youll bring: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience with Workday Financials and/or Salesforce (CPQ) is a plus Accurate data entry skills and good attention to detail Strong organizational skills Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
