We are hiring Sales & Client Support Managers to join our team in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, where you will interact with potential US-based clients and generate business opportunities for our resort.

Role Overview

• Work with US-based clientele to promote Resort Memberships, Rooms, Dining, Spa Services, and Special Offers.
• Engage with potential guests over phone and digital channels to create interest and pass on qualified leads to our US sales teams for closure.
• Provide high-quality guest engagement and product knowledge, reflecting our luxury hospitality standards.
• Work in alignment with US business hours.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any field (Hospitality, Business, or related field would be advantage).
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Sales-oriented mindset with customer service excellence.
• Comfortable working in US time zones from India.
• People with hospitality sales experience preferred, but not mandatory. Candidates from Banking, Insurance and Event Management Services may also apply.
