We are currently seeking a Sales Support professional for the Loan, Credit Card & Demat position in Jaipur. This full-time role requires on-site presence and entails various responsibilities such as assisting with loan applications, managing demat accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and executing sales operations. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing customer requirements, providing timely support, facilitating inter-departmental communication, and upholding high levels of customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills to understand and process customer financial data effectively. Experience in Customer Service with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction is crucial. Excellent communication skills are essential for seamless interaction with clients and team members. Knowledge of Sales Operations and processes related to loans and demat accounts is required. The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is key.
