Sales Support ( Fe Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers.
• Provide detailed product information and respond to customer queries regarding Azoit products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities.
• Assist in preparing and sending quotations, proposals, and other sales documentation.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Basic degree or relevant qualification.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales/customer support will be an advantage.
• Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer knowledge; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) preferred.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
