1. Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal teams for motor insurance policy issuance and servicing.
2. Prepare and provide quotes for motor insurance policies.
3. Ensure timely and accurate policy documentation and issuance.
4. Handle customer queries and provide support for policy-related issues.
5. Maintain records and databases of motor insurance policies.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth policy sales and renewals.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and coordination skills.
2. Basic knowledge of motor insurance products and policies.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance software.
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
