About the Role:

Sales & Support Executives

Note:

Male candidates
will work in
rotational shifts.
Female candidates
will have a
fixed morning or normal shift (10:00 AM 6:30 PM)
as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers via calls, emails, or chat.
Assist clients in understanding company products and services.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Keep records of customer interactions and feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in
rotational shifts
.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure with professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, CRM tools preferred).
