Job Description

Responsibilities:
Have joint calls with Managers to understand client requirements and prepare minutes of the meetingFollow-up with all stake holders to send requisite details to clients. Manage marketing activities for all regions.Complete account opening formalities, operational aspects related to clients account servicing, insurance proposal building and objection handling, etc.Client on-boarding, demonstrating of Trading and Demat Account, Mobile App, Insurance proposal submissions and uploading, handle insurance claims and queries, etc.Prepare KYC, MIS and other relevant reports from time to time. Handle client queries and support operations team.Handle official telephonic calls/emails/skype/Zoom and client visits to his/her office or residence.Make outbound calls for pre-sales activitiesHandle inbound calls related to business enquiries.
