Sales Support Executive (FLSM Support)

Location: Remote (Mumbai-based only)
Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)
Reports to: Manager - Medico Marketing Excellence

Position Purpose

• End-to-end support for VEEVA-led activities: allocation, raising, implementation, and closure.
• Regular tracking and updates of VEEVA activities.
• Internal coordination with MME, IT, Event Desk, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, etc.
• Ensure adherence to AZ policies and flag compliance issues.

Internal Key Customers

• Medical, Marketing, MME, Compliance, Purchase & Event Desk, Sales, IS/IT, HR, Finance teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Scientific background.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical business roles.
• Experience with IT systems and process improvement
