Sales Support Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting sales activities and maintaining customer relationships with USA based clients. The role requires fluency in English, ability to work night shifts, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential clients through email, phone calls, and other approved methods. - Follow up with prospects and provide updates to the sales team. - Send check-in emails to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Respond professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat. - Maintain accurate client communication records and update CRM tools. - Share daily activity reports with the sales manager. - Assist in executing outreach campaigns and handling customer queries. Qualification Required: - Fluent in spoken and written English. - Ability to understand and adapt to various US accents. - Willingness to work night shifts, 6 days a week. - Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience. - Minimum 1 year of experience required. - Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. - Organizational skills and ability to multitask. - Proficiency in MS Office, email platforms, and CRM systems. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
