Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Staff member. The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, maintaining sales records, and organizing product displays. The role involves providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable product recommendations. Additional tasks include managing inventory levels, participating in store promotions, and handling customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Inventory Management and Organizational skills
• Ability to manage sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records
• Strong understanding of jewelry products and customer preferences
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
