The dealership strictly adheres to all the Standard Operating Processes outlined by Hyundai Motors India Ltd. Shreem Hyundai stands as an integral part of Gallops Hyundai, which is under the renowned Pugalia Group known for its significant business presence in Ahmedabad, Mumbai & Rajkot. As a full-time Sales Staff based in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will revolve around helping customers choose and purchase vehicles. Your tasks will include providing detailed information on products, engaging in price negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, coupled with strong customer service expertise, will be crucial. A comprehensive understanding of automotive products and industry trends is essential, along with prior experience in sales or customer service roles.
