Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating sales leads, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, providing clients with detailed information about our insurance products, and assisting clients with the application process. The Sales Staff will also actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve their sales techniques and product knowledge. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.

• Experience in meeting sales targets and working in a target-driven environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
