Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff located in Kochi. The Sales Staff will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, understanding customer requirements, and providing appropriate energy solutions. Additional tasks include preparing and delivering sales presentations, following up with clients, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of DWATT ENERGY SOLUTIONS products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, with a focus on solar plant installations and other electrical works
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored energy solutions
• Proficiency in market research and lead generation techniques
• Capable of preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus
