Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff located in Noida. The Sales Staff member will be responsible for daily tasks including engaging with potential and existing members, providing exceptional customer service, conducting tours of the gym, promoting memberships, and achieving sales targets. They will also maintain positive relationships with members, assist with local marketing efforts, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment within the facility.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Ability to promote fitness memberships and achieve sales targets
• Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Basic understanding of fitness and wellness industry
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or fitness is a plus
• Previous experience working in a gym or fitness center is advantageous
