Job Description

Location: Mattannur, Kannur

Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product displays.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous sales / retail experience in supermarkets preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, energy, and a passion for customer service.
Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong upselling and cross-selling abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹144,000.00 per year
