Sales Specialist - Sign Board / Signage

As a Sales & Marketing Manager in the Signage Industry, your role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities and qualifications to effectively manage projects and lead a team. Key Responsibilities: - Banking & Corporate Branding: Handle Faade signage, ACP cladding, LED displays for banking and corporate clients. - Oil Sector (Retail Outlets): Manage canopy fabrication, pylon installation, high-mast signage, and related projects for oil sector clients. - Engineering & Technical Know-how: Utilize strong understanding of signage structures, fabrication tools, materials, and site execution processes. - Project Coordination: Ensure smooth project timelines, team coordination, and contractor supervision. - Client Communication: Provide clear and timely updates to clients with a solution-driven approach. - Mechanical Design: Read and interpret mechanical designs effectively. - New Product Development: Contribute to the end-to-end process of new product development in the signage industry. - Site Execution: Oversee the site execution process and provide solutions as needed. - Software Proficiency: Utilize ERP, AutoCAD, G-Drive, and MS Office for project management and communication. - Industry Experience: Previous work experience in signage fabrication or branding projects is highly preferred. - Team Leadership & Delegation: Lead a team of 10-15 members, allocate tasks effectively, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress towards team and organizational goals. Qualification & Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office & Google Sheets. - B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - Strong mechanical skills with the ability to read client drawings. - Knowledge of standard materials such as MS, SS, and Aluminium. - Understanding of mechanical processes and the importance of polite and responsible behavior. - Good email writing skills and familiarity with office tools.,
