Job Title: Sales specialist – Robotics Automation

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a strong passion for technology and automation. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and a good understanding of robotics/automation products. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for identifying opportunities, closing sales, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the robotics automation sector.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
• Understand client needs and offer customized automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver the right solutions to customers.
• Provide regular reports on sales pipeline and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or B2B tech sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers.
• Self-motivated and result-driven.
