Job Description

As a Poultry Sales Lead, your role involves selling directly to consumers or business purchasers either directly or through trade sales channels. You will engage in both face-to-face and remote sales activities with new and existing customers, assess customer needs, and provide suitable product recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and manage relationships with existing trade customers. - Conduct market research, analyze pricing, and execute sales and merchandising tasks under guidance. - Monitor customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends to adapt sales strategies. - Enhance and expand relationships with targeted customers to drive business growth. - Promote positive information about the organization and its offerings to support business development. - Resolve moderately complex issues independently, escalating more challenging matters to appropriate personnel. - Perform any other duties as assigned by the management. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Graduation, preferably in B Sc (Biology), B V Sc or M V Sc/MBA is an added advantage. - 3-5 years of experience in the relevant industry. As an added note, it is essential to have 3-5 years of relevant work experience to excel in this role.,
