Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The individual will conduct client consultations, follow up on leads, deliver sales presentations, and collaborate with the design team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to provide Training and support to junior sales staff
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
