Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Specialist to drive business growth through lead generation, cold calling, and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT sales and preferably in ERP sales, with the ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Execute lead generation activities using cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms.
Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Promote and sell IT solutions and services to corporate clients.
Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate IT/ERP solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Track sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with presales and technical teams to finalize solutions and proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline (IT / business preferred).
Proven experience in IT sales and customer handling.
Strong expertise in cold calling and business development.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of enterprise software solutions; ERP sales experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
