Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Specialist for a full-time on-site role located in the Pimple Saudagar(Pimpri-Chinchwad) Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting property tours for potential buyers, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional tasks include collaborating with marketing teams to develop sales materials and strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and participating in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and mentor junior sales staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
