Sales Specialist Engineer

As a Sales Specialist Engineer in our dynamic Inside Sales Team based in Pune, India, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between prospects and our team. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging in technical conversations, conducting product demonstrations, and qualifying opportunities effectively. Your main duties will revolve around understanding the technical aspects of Onix products and services and effectively communicating their value to prospects during initial phone conversations. You will be expected to lead technical discussions, address prospect queries, deliver impactful product demos, and tailor demonstrations to showcase relevant use cases. Collaboration with the Inside Sales team will be crucial to support pipeline development and opportunity management. Your role will also involve providing feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance positioning and messaging based on prospect interactions. To excel in this role, you should have a strong grasp of data analytics, AI fundamentals, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Probing skills, experience in technical product demos, and familiarity with cloud technologies or enterprise software will be advantageous. In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a willingness to work in US shifts.
