Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Sales Specialist in the EdTech industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, engaging them to understand their requirements, and presenting tailored solutions. The role involves managing sales processes, conducting customer onboarding sessions, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Effective communication and collaboration with team members to achieve sales targets will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Ability to provide effective Training and guide customers during onboarding or in addressing their needs.
Proven organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in EdTech or a similar industry is a plus.
