Position: Sales Specialist Data Privacy

Experience: 12+ Years

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Sales Specialist to lead the growth of our Data Privacy portfolio in the enterprise space. In this role, you will help organizations address evolving regulatory requirements, minimize data risk, and strengthen their privacy programs by offering tailored data protection solutions.

  • Develop a strong understanding of customers business models and data ecosystems, identifying critical privacy and compliance challenges.
  • Drive the sales of our Data Privacy solutions, effectively articulating value in the context of data governance, risk mitigation, and regulatory alignment (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
  • Build and maintain relationships with privacy officers, compliance leaders, CISOs, and other key stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
  • Manage a defined territory or set of accounts, leading account planning, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination to close strategic deals.
  • Provide leadership in navigating complex sales cycles, positioning solutions that align with customers privacy frameworks and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal product, legal, and engineering teams to ensure solution alignment and deliver a compelling value proposition.
  • Work closely with partners and the channel ecosystem to enhance reach and accelerate customer acquisition.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Management; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, compliance technologies, or IT services, with proven enterprise sales success.
  • Strong familiarity with global and regional privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and how organizations implement solutions to achieve compliance.
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers including privacy officers, CISOs, legal, and risk management professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to map privacy solutions to specific business challenges, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills, with strong communication, negotiation, and executive engagement capabilities.
  • Proficient in sales planning, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Deep awareness of trends and technologies shaping the data privacy and protection landscape.
