1. Ready to handle Sales Target given for the region.
2. Knowledge of P&ID, 3D Piping and Process Industry is must.
3. Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads and account.
4. Candidate may be responsible for more than one territory and
preparing & executing sales strategies to achieve personal business /
order targets.
5. Search potential customer for CADISON from the target region i.e.
Global region, do phone calling, arrange online demo meetings,
generate leads and close the deals.
6. Coordinate with internal team for Technical tasks to present and
demonstrate software solution
7. Ready to learn Technical details of CADISON Software.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Flexible in office timings as per the region.
10. Very strong presentation skills, management and leadership skills.
1. Knowledge of Process Engineering Design Software / Solutions.
2. Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and
ready to handle sales targets.
3. Prior sales experience in Process Plant Design / Piping Engineering
Software Industry is preferred.
4. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
5. Strong Business Acumen and Attention to detail
6. Open to flexible work hours since this is Global Sales Role
7. Ability to execute email campaigns
8. Familiarity with latest tools and automation technologies (LinkedIn,
Salesforce, Mail chimp, etc.)
9. Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Power point
