Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Property Sales role. The Property Sales professional will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating sales, and closing deals. Daily tasks include marketing properties, maintaining property listings, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with clients to understand their real estate needs.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in Training and mentoring colleagues
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Noida is a plus
