Role Overview: As a Sales & Service Team Manager at B&Q Margate, your role is to lead and inspire the front end, showroom, and TradePoint teams to drive sales through exceptional service. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive and high-performing team, building a sales culture, and delivering exceptional service for every customer. Your main responsibilities will include leading a large part of the store operation, inspiring the team to make every customer count, and overseeing safety, security, and compliance routines. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a large part of the store operation, shaping the customer experience and driving service excellence through a team of Shift Leads. - Inspire the "Make Every Customer Count" agenda as a daily habit with the wider store team. - Lead and inspire teams across Showrooms, TradePoint, and Front end to deliver exceptional service. - Oversee safety, security, and compliance routines across the store through your shift lead team. Qualifications Required: - Obsessed about customers and listening to them. - Loves sales and winning! - Well planned and organized, with the ability to prioritize and think on your feet. - Demonstrates leadership by coaching the team. - Confident to agitate when needed and deliver feedback to all audiences. - Excited about leading a large diverse team and developing their careers.
