Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Service Engineer specializing in Mechanical Seals & Rotary Equipments. The position is located in Vapi. The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field service and technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and effectively communicating with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Field Service and Maintenance & Repair experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
• Experience with mechanical seals and rotary equipment is mandatory
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
