We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell weighbridges and industrial weighing equipment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell weighbridges, weighing scales, load cells, and related solutions
Identify and develop new customers in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, and infrastructure
Generate leads through market research, site visits, and networking
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Coordinate with technical and service teams for installation and after-sales support
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Track sales activities and submit regular reports on leads, orders, and market trends
Monitor competitors and provide market feedback to management
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
1–5 years of sales experience (experience in weighing equipment, industrial products, or B2B sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand basic technical specifications of weighing systems
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Valid driving license (preferred)
