You will serve customers by selling products and addressing their needs. Your responsibilities will include visiting retail outlets daily as per the beat plan, collecting orders from retailers in the assigned region, and supporting traditional Trade Sales across various categories and markets to increase sales and distribution. You will also need to manage daily operations at the distributor level to service outlets and direct dealers effectively. Ensuring timely placement and execution of orders by distributors, highlighting stock requirements to distributor/Area managers promptly, monitoring competitor activities, and reporting on new products and trade schemes to the area manager will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will participate in company promotional activities, implement new retailer expansion plans following guidelines, and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and stockists.,
