As we expand our footprint, we are looking for passionate and driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
• Generate and convert B2B leads via cold calling, inbound inquiries, and industry networking
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored fitness equipment solutions
• Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and present sales reports and market feedback to the management

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, sports, or equipment industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales performance
• Passion for fitness and a good understanding of gym equipment
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
