Job Title : Sales Representative Location: [ROHINI, SECTOR 16, DELHI] Company: UpForge Fitness Pvt. Ltd. Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Fitness Equipment / Wellness / B2B Sales About Us- At UpForge Fitness Pvt. Ltd. , we specialize in high-quality free weights and strength training equipment — including dumbbells, barbells, bumper plates, and custom gym setups. Our mission is to empower premium fitness spaces across India with world-class equipment at accessible prices. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for passionate and driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups Generate and convert B2B leads via cold calling, inbound inquiries, and industry networking Understand client requirements and offer tailored fitness equipment solutions Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare and present sales reports and market feedback to the management Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, sports, or equipment industries Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales performance Passion for fitness and a good understanding of gym equipment Fluent in English and Hindi Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred What We Offer Competitive fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a fast-growing premium fitness brand Direct exposure to high-value clients and B2B decision-makers Growth opportunities across roles and regions Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: Day shift Location: Rohini Sector-16, Delhi, Delhi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9716223383
