Job Title: Sales Representative – Service Sales

Location: Mehrauli/Sri fort
Experience Required: 1–5 Years
Gender: Open to Male & Female Candidates
Shift: Day Shifts Only (Weekend Availability Required/ 6 Days working)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet & engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions
• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultations to convert leads into business
• Maintain a strong understanding of service offerings, pricing, and value propositions
• Build rapport and trust with customers to drive long-term engagement
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
• Be available for scheduled shifts during the day and on weekends as required

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; sales or marketing background preferred
• 1–5 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in services (e.g., healthcare, education, wellness)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
• Smart, confident, and persuasive personality with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven environment
• Open to working in rotational day shifts and weekends (no night shifts)
